I found the location very convenient. It was close to key attractions. the staff were helpful and attentive . the breakfast offered a good selection of vegan choices on the 14th floor. it was lovely!

The hotel did not have a swimming pool which was slightly disappointing. I would have loved a swim after a busy day.

the lobby featured self check in kiosks that expedited the process. weighing scales were available near the entrance, helpful for baggage management. i found both a shower and a bathtub inside the room, a definite plus. an air humidifier was also provided, it helped to keep the room comfortable.

i found no wardrobe in the room . it's a frequent complaint among other guests.

The staff was helpful. They assisted me with directions and local recommendations. the hotel's proximity to the subway was convenient, and i explored the city easily. breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, all fresh and delicious.

the gym was a bit smaller than expected, but i still got a good workout in.

the hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful.

the hotel advertises itself as a five-star hotel, it is not. i believe it is more of a three- or four-star hotel. it also was further from the subway line than i preferred. it was probably a ten minute walk to the train station and that felt long with bags.
